Hi Ivo !! Yes, there are signup problems. We are close to move the infrastructure to an atlassian hosted solution (Jira.com called Studio). This is in progress - in fact the order to import the current confluence+jira backups at Atlassian has been sent out yesterday.
So bear with us, this is unfortunately something we cannot help with right now. Will be back working on the new system next week hopefully.
