any news on Runner Repository? I couldn't find it on GitHub and committing to 
SVN fails for me:

Commit failed (details follow):
Server sent unexpected return value (500 Internal Server Error) in response to 
MKACTIVITY request for '/repos/ops4j/!svn/act/...'
