Now that my Sonatype OSS ID has been added to the org.ops4j group, I
should be able to perform releases, so I'd like to give it a try and
release Pax URL 1.4.0 based on current master HEAD, following the
instructions in the README.
If there's anything else required for the release or if you think the
release should be delayed, please let me know...

Pax Runner 1.7.5-SNAPSHOT
Pax URL 1.3.5-SNAPSHOT,
so these will have to be released first.
