Yes, that's one of the main points. And of course, if you have any
feedback on any of the changes I made, I'm happy to explain and/or
rework what I did.
So far, I haven't heard any cries from people who desperately need
compatibility with 2.2.0, but that doesn't mean there won't be any, once
we release an incompatible version 2.3.0...
Anyway, it would be nice to "ship" this release before the end of the
year, and I do think that shouldn't be too much of a challenge for
everyone involved.
