Following our recent discussion [1] on Pax Runner Container, I've
started working on a Forked Container [2] which is completely
independent of Pax Runner (except for a few classes I copied) and which
runs the framework in a forked VM, thus avoiding any classloader issues
that may occur with Native Container and some misbehaving bundles.
The first shot is already on GitHub [3] and in the current
2.4.0-SNAPSHOT builds.
