FWIW, accessibility and Tizen were discussed in the past. I can remember right now two threads: https://lists.tizen.org/pipermail/general/2012-January/000372.html https://lists.tizen.org/pipermail/general/2012-March/000439.html At that moment it seemed that there weren't any plan in relation to implement the a11y support. I don't know if something changed since then.
