one observation: You command is incorrect: There is no - in front of armv7l.
There are other questions: 1. Have you installed gbs correctly? 2. You don't need to use sudo to gbs build command. 3. Have you checked given path correctly? 4. Are you pointing to correct snapshot? 5. Is your conf file is proper? Why don't you use default conf file (.gbs.conf) to build your module first, then try your custom setup? It may be problem with your some settings somewhere.
