Hi everyone, "The key point with React Native is that it aims to primarily bring the > power of the React <http://facebook.github.io/react/> programming model > to mobile app development. It is not aiming to be a cross platform, > write-once run-anywhere, tool. It is aiming to be learn-once > write-anywhere. An important distinction to make. This tutorial only covers > iOS, but once you’ve learned the concepts here you could port that > knowledge into creating an Android app very quickly." > > http://www.raywenderlich.com/99473/introducing-react-native-building-apps-javascript >
forgot: There is a fundamental contradiction in Tizen: we target HTML5 developers but HTML5 devs are essentially platform agnostic. Tizen has a big, monolithic SDK but HTML5 devs love "the framework of the day" and the cloud. So Tizen should be present in React Native for instance, which is going to be a huge success. Tizen should also have a presence in cloud environments like Cloud9 imo Regards, Olivier
