Thanks for this.  I've (finally) added these, and also log4php-* and
log4cxx-*, and pulled down all the existing messages from
http://logging.apache.org/mail/ and bulk-inserted them into our archives, so
we should have complete collections for these lists.

Please let me know if any more logging-project lists are created, if any
seperate -cvs lists are created, etc.
