log4cxx new committers

Hi all !

I tried unsuccessfully to request for two new committers accounts (Curt Arnold and 
Christophe de Vienne)

They can't retreive CLAs even if Curt Arnold has faxed his twice. Sometimes I can't 
get any answer to my emails.

Is there something I forgot or missed ? or is it always as long ? (nearly 3 weeks 
concerning Curt)
