There is one at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/logging/site/trunk/ docs/chainsaw/download.html that worked for me. There is no icon like there is at http://logging.apache.org/log4j/docs/chainsaw.html however. You can hack the source in chainsaw/trunk/src/site and upload to the staging area with "mvn site-deploy" or let me know how you'd like it changed. It is not part of the log4j or extras, so it should not hold up those releases, but would want to get it acceptable before updating the site.
