When we upgraded the web site we did not upgrade the other item Infra wants everyone to move - the distribution location. Currently, we scp the artifacts to /www/www.apache.org/dist/logging on people.apache.org. We should be using svn to commit them to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/logging. If there are no objections I will open a Jira issue for this.
