Hi Folks, Is it possible to do alphanumeric range searches using solr?
A search for [BC TO CF] (which gets converted to a value of BC 0000.000000 BC & CF 0000.000000 CF on index & search) will include BC141 (BC 0141.000000 BC0.141000) in the range. A search for [BC1 TO CF] (which gets converted to a value of BC 0001.000000 BC0.100000 & CF 0000.000000 CF on search) does not include BC141 (BC 0141.000000 BC0.141000) in the range. Thanks, Luke
