YEah, I get that type of error all the time, and the only fix I have found useful is
rolling back the ENTIRE database (i'm working on 3.1million urls') and shooting it
into a textfile, then reloading the data into a fresh url database.
And yes I have tried mysql -rq -k0
mysql -e, -n, -r , -R, -S (use this one as much as possible as it resorts your mysql
indexes for better performance!), none of which were any useful to that situation.
