It is possible to make so that indexer follows the only one external 
link. E.g., if you have a link to yahoo.com, exactly page 
yahoo.com will be indexed, not entire yahoo.com site. 

It should look like this:
Follow yes
Server http://intranet.foo.bar/Follow no
Realm *
