Configure runs with /bin/sh interpreter.
This is the standart unix file. If you don't have it - you will
probably see this error. 
On some systems /bin/sh is a symlink to real interpreter, like bash or bash2. And if 
/bin/sh links to nonexistent file, then the same error occurs. Please check your unix 
installation.
