Hello,

As a end-user, I'm thinking that it'd be great if Chandler could
support ACAP. It is the IMAP companion and is very useful for roaming.

When I read _Possible Email Configuration Features_ [1] it makes me
think to the ACAP Email Personality Dataset Class [2] and ACAP Email
Account Dataset Class [3].

It is also possible to store and share address books [4] and bookmarks
[5] with ACAP.

And I forgot the ACAP Dictionary Dataset Class !

So, answering to the question "Do we want to support Application
Configuration Access Protocol?" [7], I say, "For my part, Yes".

"Why?" Because "[...] I haven't found anything better" -

ACAP is a very powerful protocol and has been unfortunately ignored.
But ACAP could be the wheel.
