The Gmane feeds of the OSAF lists were originally set up by some person(s) in the Gmane community. Gmane pulls our lists, OSAF doesn't push and is not involved in the administration of the Gmane setup. I'm trying this reply as a followup through Gmane to see if I have the same problem.
