Here's my proposal  for a high level plan for portal changes

1. Pick a wiki area to start with - probably either the ProductWikiArea or the EngineeringWikiArea. 2. Jared to create new area, install tagging plugins, start thinking about automating rollups.
3. Build needed page templates.
4. Ted, Mimi, Priscilla, PIeter, and ??? to move content / create new content.

Please let me know if there's anything that I've left out. I'll convert these to bugzilla tasks once we firm up the details a bit more.
