Typically Open Source projects solve this problem by creating a users mailinglist, web forums, IRC channels and what not, where more experienced users can answer usage questions. It is generally not possible for a mass market product to have the developers be the support channel. Mozilla also provides commercial support through a third party. I think it is a little premature to create the help channels for OSAF products at this point, but I think we should reconsider once we get closer to beta. -- Heikki Toivonen
