It is: Chandler actually doesn't have a preference menu. All options are
currently available through other menus/dialogs and everything (almost)
is persisted through Chandler's repository. We may add a preference in
the 0.7 timeframe if it becomes useful.
and where can i set proxies settings ?
We don't have that yet either but that's a shortcoming that's logged
(bug 6539, https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6539).
This is logged against 0.7. No precise timeframe yet though.
