Visual templates: How do we visually distinguish between:
+ Top-level Wiki Area pages: Home, Product, Planning, Engineering,
Teams, Notes
+ Sub-area Topic pages: Applications Team Page, Preview Planning
Page, Pieter's Notes Page, etc...
+ Content page: 0.7 Dashboard Spec
Open Issues:
+ Do we ever need to have more than these 3 levels?
+ Do we need/want to maintain a RIGHT NAV for all 3 levels?
+ Does it make sense to model the NEWS, NOW, and DEFERRED includes as
global includes? as opposed to having different NEWS, NOW and
DEFERRED includes for different wiki areas and different teams.

LEFT NAV
I originally considered putting the following in the right-hand
sidebar, but I decided that these links should be ubiquitous and
would be better off in the left-hand sidebar:
+ Link to unified landing page
+ Download and Sign-up for an account links to Chandler Desktop,
Hub and Server
+ Give us feedback, Report a bug, Get involved links (Can we unify
the Help us, Contribute code stuff into a single Get Involved area?)
