[General] IRC terminology on wiki

I don't think the term "IRChat" in the proposed left-hand nav of the 
updated wiki is a good idea.  User confusion is something to fight, but 
made-up terms introduces a host of problems.  I'd like to suggest using:

  Chat (IRC)
Other suggestions welcome, but "IRChat" is just weird.  Points for 
creativity, though.
