Oren,
Sorry I missed your reply. Scooby was the name we used to refer to
the Web UI portion of the server. After some discussion back last
summer, it didn't make sense to continue to refer to this as a
separate project name from the server. All the Scooby mailing list
activity moved to the Cosmo list and we have tried to eliminate using
that term.
There is some confusion around how we use the terms Chandler Server
and Cosmo going forward. We will be clarifying that shortly.
Cheers,
Sheila

In a follow-up to the mail I sent a while back that detailed our

2007-March/000502.html, we have begun starting to use these names
in conjunction with the wiki work we are doing. This has created
some confusion since we continue to have artifacts ie: wiki pages,
mailing lists that refer to old names like Cosmo which will exist
for some time.
Just a reminder our product names are....
+ Chandler Desktop
+ Chandler Hub
+ Chandler Server
+ Chandler Desktop should not be controversial so I am going to
ignore this.
+ Chandler Hub = osaf.us - every time we have made any reference
to osaf.us, we are talking about Chandler Hub. Chandler Hub is our
hosted version of the Chandler Server (Cosmo)
+ Chandler Server = Cosmo. The server is one component of Chandler
Hub and we will refer to this project as Chandler Server instead
of Cosmo. This means the Cosmo team is really just the Chandler
Server team. We realize there will be some confusion since our
mailing list for Cosmo will continue to exist as well as old wiki
pages. As we build out the new wiki we will probably add in
(Cosmo) next to references to Chandler Server or have a brief
explanation at the top of the page that explains Chandler Server =
Cosmo.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Sheila
