OK..So maybe I should move all those pages to the Projects wiki.
Maybe it doesn't make a difference, but Journal feels wrong. But I
don't want to make extra work for you.

Now that we've worked out the other "pages gotta live somewhere"
constraint, this question makes more sense. The answer is "no",
those pages won't actually move. We've now (mostly) decided they
will move to the Projects wiki for the actual page, but the short
(and lowercase) name will remain a redirect, while the actual page
and redirect destination will be (usually) a WikiName/PageName pair.
