A high level overview of the non-code deliverables...

Thanks; helpful!

2. Documentation that is sort of more about OSAF than Preview per se.
- OSAF FAQ
- Vision Document
- OSAF site pushed out

Full draft due: *Aug 13* Completed: *Aug 20*

I believe the OSAF site push has now been completed; there are no remaining tickets.

3. Documentation about the Product.
- Feature List
- Product FAQ

Full draft due: *Aug 13* Completed: *Aug 20*

These are blocking on Ted and Jared's input about Server and Hub (info that Mimi doesn't have). Again, we could adjust these deadlines, but I'll propose another week for getting the draft out.

The Hub sections of the FAQ have also been completed with eight questions total and the Hub doc tickets closed. If anyone has suggested Hub FAQ topics, please comment.

4. Documentation about the Release.
- Known Issues (server, hub and desktop)
- Release Notes (server, desktop)

Full draft due: *Aug 20* Completed: *Aug 27*

The Hub "known issues" (a new bugzilla component) has been added to the bottom right of the "Known Issues" current page as "Hosted Service Issues".

be done to declare it a release and make the announcements?

I don't think release notes need to be complete to declare release, as cutting a release . For Cosmo, I tend to say "if it requires any changes to SVN, then it's a pre-release dependency". But release notes are a prerequisite for announcements, so

5. Hub
- Privacy Policy
- Terms of Service
- NOC Run Book
- Hub branding tasks

Dates?

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy feel like they go on the same Aug 20/27 schedule as #4. That seems feasible based on what remains.

Runbook draft is available now. Final Aug 20th.

Branding tasks have been completed except for TOS links on Cosmo PIM pages (#9718). I just did a big round of Hub branding tweaks; after one revisit to be done by Wednesday, there's only the "review" ticket (#10226). So final (all Hub rebranding live in test instances) by end of next week (Aug 20th?)

6. Wiki other
I'm going with "good enough" for Preview for the rest...

+1

With the exception of announcements and blog posts, anything not mentioned here I am not tracking with an eagle eye, so speak up if something is missing.

I'm not tracking any other must-have content items. Maybe #10170 (blogroll links) in the infrastructure list, and OSAF FAQ (#10335).
