I've taken a pass at normalizing the table. Unfortunately, that included making it a single table, which in turn means it's labor- intensive to maintain a table of contents at the top.

Anyhoo, I think the list of applications is short enough that it's okay to scroll down the page. The Table of Contents is often harder to read than the better-formatted content itself so I don't know that this is a big loss.
