Hi,

I've fixed the 404 error on: http://chandlerproject.org/pub/Projects/ Features/Hub_TT.png

I've also tried to put the labels a bit closer to the UI element they're describing. Heikki, are there particular ones that are especially confusing to you? I'd like to avoid adding more visual elements to the screenshots if possible.

As for terminology and more explanation, I think we start to wander into Get Started Guide and Demo territory. Another option would be to keep the screenshots to the simple full-screen images and leave the callouts to the Guide, basically not have the agglomerated views.

Please review.

In particular:
+ What's missing that should be highlighted.
+ Typos and mistakes?
+ Are the agglomerated view too overwhelming?

I assume that the agglomerated views are the images to the right of the screen shots. If so, yes, they are a bit overwhelming.

There are too many points illustrated, each without enough explanation and too much Chandler-specific jargon, e.g. Triage, Mark-up bar, that beginners won't understand.

I suspect breaking it into more topics/screen shots, each with more information in callouts would help.

Also, it would be nice if the average advanced computer user could go to the page, noodle around for 3 minutes and come away with a better high-level understanding of what Chandler does. Right now, the whole page is a little dense, without enough context, and with a little too much information that people will have a hard time figuring out, -- e.g. "Navigate the calendar with the Mini- Calendar", "Collaborate with Chandler Hub", and "Simplified Triage Table", won't mean much to most people.

I also considered doing a Flickr slideshow of the close-up shots. I may try that if I end up with extra time :)

1. (Maybe this is still work in progress but I'm mentioning anyway.) I
think this is the wrong place for screenshots. When I come to a new
project page I scan for the screenshots link in this order: any
thumbnail that looks like a screenshot, text that says screenshot. On
chandlerproject.org the image that looks like it will screenshots leads
to Chandler user guide TOC.

2. The blurbs on
http://chandlerproject.org/pub/Projects/Features/ Scrn_Agglomeration.png
are confusing, and I have a hard time connecting the blurbs to the
actual piece of UI they are describing. I'd suggesting circling the
feature and connecting that with a line to the blurb.
