is the Chandler 0.7 Desktop system requirements. That list includes
CPU and memory. How about adding disk space? 1 GB?
Are there any machine sold with disks that small nowadays? Is asking for
1GB of RAM but less than 1GB of disk make sense? Anyway, as far as disk
is concerned, we're pretty much limited by what BerkeleyDB
supports/requires.
Generally speaking though, since we don't have "requirements" here
(AFAIK, whatever we require is dwarfed by what the OS usually requires),
I don't think it makes sense to add this to the list. Unless someone
will try to run Chandler on a Linux diskless machine? We had cases of
users trying to run Chandler off a Network install... hmm... That's a
different "requirement" though. We should ask Andi how to express that
clearly in a list of requirements (I just looked through BerkeleyDB
pages and haven't found anything suitable for our audience yet...).
Another proposal: How about combining the processor speed column with
the CPU column?
Sure, though I thought it looked cleaner/easier to read that way.
