Hi Pieter
Katie mentioned that you might appreciate some help writing the Get
Started Guide re: Triage Status and Triage Workflows.
I was wondering if it was sufficient to simply point to the section
on Triage in the Vision Document for background and then have
something really brief like what I had for the Screencast text
accompanied by a few key screenshots. Thoughts?
Mimi
Below is the latest screencast text. I've made a few minor tweaks,
mostly wordsmithing.

Triage and Tickling
Information management in Chandler revolves around the concept of
Triage Status.
Use Triage Status to keep track of unfinished tasks, future events,
and half-started drafts without losing sight of what you need to stay
focused on NOW.
The three Triage Statuses are NOW, LATER and DONE.
You can change triage status from either the Detail View of the item
or the Triage Table.
Note that events are automatically triaged based on when they occur.
Lunch with Vera Tomorrow is automatically triaged to LATER.
Now let's walk through a scenario.
Designate a task for LATER.
Use the Triage button in the toolbar to move it into the LATER section.
Assign a Tickler Alarm so the task drops back into your NOW focus on
its own.

Chandler Collections and Quick Entry
Chandler takes an inclusive approach to organizing information. Throw
notes, messages, tasks and events into the same collection using the
Quick Entry field in the toolbar.
Jot down a note.
Use the slash-task command to Add a task. Notice that Tonight is
automatically parsed as an alarm for 9PM.
Use the slash-event command to Schedule a lunch for tomorrow. Lunch
is added to your calendar for Noon.
Use the slash-message command to Start up a draft. Chandler's all-
inclusive collections allow you to keep track of drafts in the same
place you manage tasks and calendar events, not out-of-sight, out-of-
mind in a separate Drafts folder.
Combine commands to create a scheduled task that shows up on both
your task list *and* your calendar.

Navigation in the Sidebar
Navigation in Chandler is structured in a 2-dimensional grid.
Across the top are the different Application Areas: Mail, Tasks and
Calendar.
Down the left-hand Sidebar are Collections you define.
The point of origin is the Dashboard Collection in the All
Application Area. Here, you gain a view across all application areas
*and* all collections.
Think of the Dashboard as a port of entry, a universal Inbox where
you collect and process all new information regardless of what kind
of information it is or what it pertains to.
A blue circle indicates that the item is new or has been edited.
Still in the All Application Area, let's move down to look at just
the PPD collection. Here you can see all item types pertaining to
PPD: Notes, Tasks, Message and Events.
To zero in on *just* PPD Tasks click on the Tasks icon in the
Application Bar.
Now let's take a look at the PPD Calendar and view it in the context
of other Calendars by activating the overlay tabs in the Sidebar.
A rectangular color swatch indicates that this event lives on
multiple calendars.

Stamping
Just as Chandler Collections can contain a variety of item types.
Chandler items themselves can *be* a variety of item types and appear
in multiple Collections *and* multiple Application Areas.
Use the buttons in the markup bar at the top of the Detail View to
Address an item, add it to the task list and add it to the calendar.
As you can see, this single item now appears in all 4 application areas.
Now let's see the markup bar in action by walking through a scenario.
Schedule some Spring Cleaning for this Saturday.
Add it to your Task list.
Invite some helpers!
