I'm now working on the Triage and Calendar Features chapters and will
come back to the Glossary after I get a good draft of those.

In the meantime if anyone wants to contribute a definition to the
Glossary- please go for it!

What I can't do is compile a folder of UI element images we use in
Chandler Desktop. I suspect that they are sitting around in the code
someplace though. Once we have those they can be added to the
Glossary.
