To support people's desire for localized wiki pages:

  https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11146

I've turned the language-selection widget back on in the Chandler Project wiki (it's in the header, next to jump/search). Parts of the UI (edit, search, etc) get localized, though the site is still heavily English. (The "only-partly localized" look-and-feel is what caused us to skip using the pulldown when it first became available.)

The bug above describes a short procedure for supporting localized wiki pages. That procedure should auto-detect based on browser settings or can be manually changed using the pulldown, but it will also fallthrough to the English page if no localized version of a given page is available.

The procedure involves maintaining an "if/then" block on the localized page. This is a hassle, but I think workable for now for the scope of what we want to do.
