Hi..
Im getting nullpointer exception while using VisitorTools Shell for desktop.
These are the steps I followed:
1)For the desktop of .portal file i made shell propery as 'VisitorTools
Shell'
2)In portal admin console published desktop for this .portal file
3)Clicked on View Desktop
At this time instead of showing 'customize' link it is giving the exception
as below
