Well, depends on how you want to do it.  Plain HTML is probably good.

To edit the web site, please check out the CVS (tcl-site), commit your
changes, and then check it out in the /var/sites.....  Or for now you
can send the files/stuff to me, and I can put it up.  Please be
careful not to break anything:-)

As far as the password... hrmm, my gpg key is available via:
