All,
   I find the Xerces Schema API and Implementation to
be rock solid to parse Schema files into an object
model.  But I do not find anything in Apache that can
do the reverse.

Basically it will be fun to have a project that can
help construct schemas programmatically and the end
artifact is one or more schema files.
