  Axis2 is an implementation of the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). Going 
forward from the highly influential Axis Project, Axis2 aims to be the 
foundation and core of a clean, extensible and performant Open Source Web

Pacific time on Wednesday 14th December. The competition will be judged by a
