Looks pretty good to me other than two things which i think should be
updated:
1) Files are using the old Apache license header.
2) Both the bin and src distro's are missing a NOTICE file
The license header was changed last year, see
http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html, note the 1st answer in the
FAQ - "All releases created and distributed after November 1, 2006 must
comply with this policy.". That link also describes what is required in
the NOTICE file.

Today marks the completion of work on the next release of Apache Muse.
This release has included support for constrained devices and J2ME which
was part of the 60 bug fixes and enhancements that went into this
release.
