All you need is an account on Minotaur. I think
you may already have one, as this is also the
CVS machine.
Just try SSHing into xml.apache.org.
You will find the distribution directory for the
xml project (/www/www.apache.org/dist/xml) is
group writeable by anyone in the xml group, and
you should already be in that group because of
your CVS access.
