Voting time is over. There were two +1s from PMC members and one
advisory +1. Since release votes need at least three binding +1s,
the vote doesn’t pass. I’ll put the vote again in a couple of weeks;
hopefully people will be back from holiday by then.
Yes, the timing was a bit unfortunate (just found the time to download
but nothing more..) but I don't think we have to wait a couple of weeks
or even create new artifacts. Just start the vote again in a few days.
