With the exception of last modified time, these are exact copies of what was posted on 24-Jun-12 for review and vote under http://people.apache.org/~gadams/candidates. These will show up on the other mirrors in due time. In addition, I published the site, commons, and fop documentation that correspond to these tags. It will take a few hours to rsync these changes with the public apache servers.
