I don't really think you want to mess around with loading kernels
directly. Assuming you are on a LAN, and simply want the network up all
the time, without the GUI coming up, here's what to do:
In GenesisPrefs, click on Interfaces, then edit your interface, and choose
the "Services" tab. Make sure "Auto-Online" tickbox is selected.
Close the interface settings window, and click on "Options". For "Main
window display options", there is a cyclegadget. Set this to "Closed at
startup".
Now, if you run Genesis from WBStartup, it will automatically connect you
to the network, and it won't put up its standard GUI window.

What interface card are you using?
Unless the following doesn't work:
Leave Interface/Params empty. Only a few interfaces need strange
parameters.
SANA-II/Config file should point to a file that exists, preferably
called "ENV:Sana2/<nameofinterface>.config", but it needn't
contain anything.
