No. I don't seem to have it. And it's not on my NC CD either.

Actually, it's pretty much ready to run as soon as you install NC. it
doesn't seem to allow anonymous access, but if you use an existing
Amitcp User/password. it will log you in with full access.

AFAIK, ftpd is available on aminet. I don't know if it's a better
version or not though. In the archive it does explain how to setup
the service properly but when I tried it, it didn't seem to work.
Maybe coz I was using the NC version....
