Actually I was right, it takes (very) roughly half the time. For PGP
with snoopdos it took about 9 seconds and without it took about 4, for
the program 'yes' from the gcc package it took about 8 seconds with
snoopdos and about 3 without.

I've tried out version 48.0 both from Aminet and from ninemoons and both
have the same problem.
