If you have Miami, you don't need AmiTCP/Genesis. Pretty sure (it's been a while though) that the Genesis TCP stack was built upon the older AmiTCP one and so probably some of its settings are looking for that being started first? I never really used that one hardly at all, mostly used miami/Miami deluxe. You should still be able to find a shareware version of Miami out there, but it times out after 30 min, if memory serves...
