on the first one in the list, I think that's only required if you have
an accelerated Amiga (020, 030 or 060 CPU - hopefully you do, otherwise
it would be really slow on a base 68000 amiga....

not sure what the 'ca' one in this list is....

on the last two - these are for the interface of the program (GTLayout
vs. MUI).  The default is GTLayout - you should be able to use that one
on any Amiga.  The MUI one is prettier but only possible if you have MUI
installed - I typically used the GTLayout interface for simplicity when
I installed Miami in the past...

so to sum up, you likely need the 'main' one, the '020' one and the GTL
one to do a successful install - they should all be installed in a
"miami" directory for the system to understand the ASSIGN it sets up
during install (pretty sure the installer program does that for you)....
