on the first one in the list, I think that's only required if you have an accelerated Amiga (020, 030 or 060 CPU - hopefully you do, otherwise it would be really slow on a base 68000 amiga....
not sure what the 'ca' one in this list is.... on the last two - these are for the interface of the program (GTLayout vs. MUI). The default is GTLayout - you should be able to use that one on any Amiga.
