Hi Ana,

I had some difficulty loading the custom tracks associated with this
paper but I was eventually able to get them all loaded. The data is not
hosted locally; it is hosted on the genomebiology.com web site, which is
pretty slow.

 From the Custom Tracks page
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/customTracks/custTracks.html), click
on the "PIN RNAs" link. This one was the fastest to load, although it
still did take some time (over one minute). A new browser window opens
with the "PIN Contig" track open and listed in the track section called
Custom Tracks.

Now, go back to the window with the Custom Tracks page that you have
open and click on the "TIN RNAs" link. When I tried to load this track,
I got a timeout error from my internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
after about 3.5 minutes but the track was actually loaded by the UCSC
Genome Browser. At this point, close the internet browser window that
timed out. Go back to the window you have open with the "PIN Contig"
track and click on the "manage custom tracks" button under the genome
browser image. You should be able to see two custom tracks there now:
PIN Contig and TIN Contig. If you click on the "go to genome browser"
button, you should be able to see both tracks in the genome browser.

Go to the Custom Tracks page once more and click on the "TIN PIN probes"
link. Repeat the same process as above when the page times out. You
should now be able to view all three custom tracks.

I hope this is helpful! Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list
again if you have any further questions.
