http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download1 To navigate to the table for ftp: downloads -> common name -> assembly -> annotation database -> refLink.txt.gz & refLink.sql To navigate to the table in the Table browser: set clade, genome, assembly, track group = Gene & Gene Pred, track = RefSeq Genes, table = refLlink We hope this helps, Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Idit Kosti" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: "Idit Kosti" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Wednesday, December 2, 2009 2:56:05 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: [Genome] Refseq accessions question > > Hello, > I'm trying to find a table with a combination of RefSeq accesstion > numbers. > I have a table with NP_* accessions (for proteins), a table with gene > > and mRNA NM_* from your "tables" section (refGene) and I need a table > to > translate the NM_* to NP_*. > Any ideas? > Thanks, > Idit > > -- > Idit Kosti > Computational Molecular Biology Lab, > Faculty of Biology > Technion - Israel Institute of Technology > Haifa, Israel > 972-4-8294258 > > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
