Once in the Table browser tool, set the form for clade, genome, assembly, group = Gene and Gene Pred, track as either UCSC Genes or RefSeq Genes (RefSeq is a subset of UCSC Genes). Leave the default table. Then in output, select GTF format. Name and download the result. http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTablesHelp.html Thanks, Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Abhishek Pratap" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: "Abhishek Pratap" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Tuesday, December 8, 2009 12:03:27 PM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: [Genome] Reference transcripts in GTF format > > Hi > > > > I am looking for the known UCSC reference human transcripts GTF file > but > not sure where to find it.
