Hello,

Use the "reverse" button underneath the main graphic to switch strand. 

Or, when zoomed in at base level with the "Base Position" track on (dense or 
full), you can also click on the little "--->" arrow to switch it to "<---" 
(arrow is in the upper left corner of the graphic).

Coordinates are always with respect to the forward strand.
