Hello Charu,

The comparison of an insect to mammal at the nucleotide level is not expected 
to be very informative (or reliable - we do not recommend liftOver even for 
mammal to mammal comparisons, instead the Conservation track is the preferred 
source).

To gather some information, there is the Human Proteins track included in most 
other genome assemblies. This would be a reasonable source to search for 
homologous protein->translated genomic sequence regions between genomes, even 
distance genomes.
